Tsubosaka boasts over 400 years of sake history in the Hyogo prefecture, south western Japan. Now In their 10th generation with their brewery located at the base of Mount Seppiko, Tsubosaka produces a rich yet mild style of sake that suits the town of Himeji in which the brewery is located. Tsubosaka is a regular winner of kanzake (warm sake) competitions. Their sake tend to be savoury and very versatile for food.
